The Role Model 2023 winner

Gemma Hoskins, Norfolk & Norwich Festival

The following excerpt is from Gemma’s original nomination:

“Gemma is an amazing woman who really does seem to have more hours in the day than anyone else. Not only is she a mother to two beautiful girls, but she has also just completed a full-time degree, she works as Development Manager at the Norfolk & Norwich Festival and in her spare time she volunteers supporting primary school children in learning to read. She manages her career, social life, home life, lifetime learning and giving back in a way I could only hope to emulate.”
