The Newcomer 2023 winner

Erin Stasiorowski, Sponge

The following excerpt is from Erin’s original nomination:

Were Erin to be represented in emoji form, this is a good start: 💃🙋‍♀️🙌✏️🍓✨

She’s a brilliant, proactive member of our team, creating work that stands shoulder to shoulder alongside counterparts who have had years of industry experience.

She’s deserving of The Newcomer Award to recognise the fact that she’s got heaps of potential and is a credit to the Norwich and Norfolk design community. I have every faith that she will continue to shine bright as a fantastic designer and illustrator as her career progresses.”
